Lemon marinated Bell & Evans antibiotic-free chicken breast garnished with grilled lemon. Includes a side of local roasted new potatoes, mushrooms & green beans.

Preheat oven to 375°. Remove the herb sauce and set aside for later.
Place the container with chicken and vegetables into the oven for 15 minutes, stirring the vegetables halfway through.
Remove from the oven and pour the herb sauce over the vegetables and stir.
Place vegetables on a plate if desired and top with the chicken breast. Squeeze the grilled lemon over the top.
Remove the herb sauce and grilled lemon and set aside.
Heat the chicken and vegetables for 3-5 minutes on high heat until heated through.
Toss the vegetables with the herb sauce and squeeze the grilled lemon over the chicken.
